Liability Waiver and Conduct

All new clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in any service or event.

Please be mindful of your belongings. The Balanced Oil is not responsible for any left, lost, stolen, or accidentally taken items.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, aggressive, or harmful to the environment or community.
Booking and payment
reservations are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices, schedules, and services may be changed at any time at the company’s discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds

If the purchaser cancels within 72 hours of an event or workshop, no refund will be given.

Prior to 72 hours, refund will be given, after deduction of services fees. Service fees vary based on price of service or event.

Cancellation of 1:1 sessions made prior 72 hours can reschedule without penalty.

No shows for sessions or events will be charged full price of service.
Intellectual property

All materials, branding, and content provided by The Balanced Oil, including recordings, written materials, and visuals, are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Balanced Oil, disclaims any liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in classes or use of our services. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
