Gentle Yoga and Sound with Alpacas

Experience The Balanced Oil's unique gentle yoga + sound bath with alpacas at a family-run ranch. Immerse yourself in a healing event set in the tranquility of a field, surrounded by these gentle creatures. We will pair gentle yoga (no experience needed) and end with a sound journey. Our sound bath sessions are designed to provide a sense of peace and balance, in harmony with nature. Join us for a truly transformative experience that combines the power of yoga + sound therapy with the soothing presence of alpacas. You will learn about alpacas, provide some snacks , find your inner peace and even explore the unique gift shop filled with handcrafted alpaca treasures! I am excited to partner with Belvoir Mine Alpacas. This family run ranch is located at 9980 Wise Rd, Auburn, CA 95603. This event will take place in a field, bring a mat (or chair), blanket, eye pillow and plenty of water. Sound baths are contraindicated if you are pregnant or have a medical device such as a pace maker. IMPORTANT PARKING: is limited on site but there is parking at the school and a short walk to the event. Please do not park at the house. Drive past the house, down the dirt driveway to the large open dirt parking lot behind the barn.
